Exchanges & Help
Need a different size or color? Start your exchange here. We accept size and color exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items.
Before you start: You pay return postage. Replacements are made to order after your return arrives. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
How it works
- Send your request. Enter your order number and order email, then tell us which item and replacement size or color you want.
- Get return instructions. We check your order and eligibility, then email the return address and next steps. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back.
- Receive your replacement. Once your return arrives, your replacement goes into production. We email tracking when it ships.
Questions before you start
Can I exchange a size or color?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will confirm the requested replacement before approving your exchange.
Who pays return postage?
You are responsible for return shipping. We email the return address after reviewing your request.
How long does a replacement take?
Each replacement is made to order after your return arrives. It follows the same production and shipping process as a new order; we will send tracking when it ships.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email partnerships@bluebridgecotton.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund damaged, faulty or incorrect items in full, with no return required.
Need help choosing your size?
Compare the flat garment measurements on the product page with a piece you own. Email partnerships@bluebridgecotton.com with the product and your fit question if you need help.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because production starts as soon as your order reaches our manufacturer. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
